Return Policy

At WARVINAS, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and custom items are non-returnable.

2. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, email us at hello@warvinas.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect).

  • WARVINAS reserve the right to inspect the item and deny a refund if it does not meet return eligibility criteria.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a return + new order. Simply return your item and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping

  • For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
